All shipments are free in United States, Canada, including Hawaii.

Shipping and handling time, because of Corona pandemic is around 7- 21-25 business days including handling time, we are using USPS, DHL or Other local carriers. 

IMPORTANT: For your holiday, birthday gifts will arrive at your front door 7- 21-25 business days after your order. Consider advanced date orders, you will be notified before making payment in your cart.

We don't charge for shipping, we have a free shipping policy, Florida Residents will be charged for sale tax of 7%.

*During check out you can see shipping time after filling your address in your cart before making a payment. Usually, this time shows 21 to 25 days or 7 days. If you don't like timing, you can cancel your order before payment

Our policy lasts 30 days. If thirty business days have gone by since you received your order, we can’t offer you a refund. You Have to Return in 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, an item IF NOT MATCH our description, product doesn't match with picture, BROKEN, DEMAGED. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You need an explanation BY email to send us reason for return. If we agreed you will receive prepaid Shipping label by email link, after we receive item(s) we will gladly refund you. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
